Obama's New Term 'We Can't Wait' Is Curious Considering He Waited When He Had A Super Majority

People who are supporting the current theme by the White House in their run for re-election disguised as a run to help the American people sure do have short term memory issues. We have been in a financial crisis for many years now and have gone 900 days and counting without a budget. This is nothing new.

When President Obama took office he had a super majority. What that means is he needed absolutely no Republican votes in order to get whatever he wanted "fixed" in his eyes either through Executive Order or the passage of bills passed. What did he do? He spent more money, he added a few more wars, he forced upon the American people the monstrosity that is Obamacare and he took in millions from Wall Street and did his friends favors in the Green Sector as well as Labor Unions.

Now he wants to blame Republicans, who only hold a simple majority in 1/3 of the key policy branches, accountable for what has happened the last 3 years under his floundering leadership? This is interesting. Maybe he didn't care to notice that the reason he lost the super majority is because the American people wanted to send a clear message to him about his and his party's misguided policies. The message was sent, but he was too self absorbed to take note.

Now all President Obama wants to do is point the finger at others when the reality is he was the one that put the economy on the back burner while focusing on agendas that hurt the economy even more. One might argue that the stimulus bill was a focused effort to help the economy but the problem is that the stimulus did nothing to help the economy. His administration's decisions for the use stimulus money was a disaster and we should have no confidence that they will do better with more money or more executive orders.

There will still be those that follow this man blindly believing every word, mantra and campaign slogan that flows from his teleprompter but, regardless of the mainstream media hype, the majority of Americans know what reality is. President Obama was the one that waited and they "can't wait" to send another message in 2012.
